Shipping & Delivery Policy

Swing Pro Golf Simulators

Last updated: 8 October 2026

At Swing Pro Golf Simulators ("Swing Pro", "we", "us" or "our"), we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery of our products throughout New Zealand.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we manage order processing, delivery charges, freight arrangements and the delivery of standard, oversized and custom-made products.

Swing Pro is a New Zealand business operating as a sole trader.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights customers have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand legislation.

1. Shipping Locations

Swing Pro primarily supplies and delivers products throughout New Zealand.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product's size, weight, destination and transport requirements.

Some remote, rural or difficult-to-access locations may require additional freight arrangements or charges.

International shipping is not provided as a standard service. International orders may be considered individually by prior arrangement.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on the products ordered, their dimensions, weight and delivery location.

Where standard shipping rates are available, the applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.

Certain large, heavy, fragile or specialised products may require an individual freight quotation.

Where a separate freight quotation is required, Swing Pro will communicate the delivery cost to the customer for approval before the order is finalised or the additional charge is incurred.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates for future orders.

Any additional shipping charges arising after an order has been placed will be discussed with the customer and will not be charged without an appropriate contractual basis or the customer's agreement.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been confirmed and the necessary order information has been received.

Processing timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Product availability.

  • Stock levels.

  • Order size and quantity.

  • Product preparation requirements.

  • Supplier lead times.

  • Custom manufacturing or assembly requirements.

Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends or on public holidays may not begin processing until the next business day.

If a product is unavailable or an order is expected to experience a material delay, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the product, shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith using the information available at the time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed as guaranteed.

Where a delivery timeframe has been agreed, we will take reasonable steps to ensure delivery occurs within that period.

Where no timeframe has been agreed, goods will be delivered within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.

If a significant delay occurs, Swing Pro will communicate with the customer and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.

5. Standard Products

Standard-sized products, including eligible golf simulator accessories, equipment and acoustic panel products, may be dispatched through courier or freight services.

The delivery method will depend on the product's specifications, packaging and destination.

Tracking information will be provided where available from the delivery provider.

Customers should ensure their delivery details are complete and accurate before confirming an order.

6. Large and Oversized Products

Some Swing Pro products may require specialist transport because of their size, weight, length or fragile components.

These products may include:

  • Golf simulator enclosures.

  • Large impact screens and framing systems.

  • Acoustic panels and bulk acoustic materials.

  • Golf simulator technology packages.

  • Large or heavy equipment.

  • Other specialised or oversized products.

Additional delivery requirements may apply, including freight quotations, suitable vehicle access, unloading arrangements or scheduled delivery appointments.

Where special unloading equipment or customer assistance is necessary, these requirements will be communicated and agreed before dispatch.

Customers must disclose known delivery access restrictions that may affect the agreed delivery arrangements.

Swing Pro will make reasonable efforts to coordinate appropriate transport and delivery arrangements.

7. Custom-Made and Special-Order Products

Custom-made and specially ordered products may require additional manufacturing, assembly or procurement time before dispatch.

Any quoted lead time may include both product preparation and transport.

Customers will be advised of relevant lead times where reasonably available.

Delays caused by manufacturing or supplier availability will be communicated where they materially affect the expected delivery date.

Custom-made products remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees and delivery obligations.

For information about cancellation and returns, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Delivery Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including:

  • Recipient name.

  • Delivery address.

  • Contact phone number.

  • Relevant access instructions.

  • Known restrictions affecting delivery vehicles or unloading.

For larger deliveries, customers may need to confirm that the delivery location can safely accommodate the agreed transport method.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information supplied by the customer or an unreasonable failure to meet previously agreed delivery arrangements, additional reasonable delivery costs may apply.

Any such costs will be communicated to the customer.

Customers are not responsible for additional costs caused by errors attributable to Swing Pro or its appointed delivery providers.

9. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Delivery procedures vary depending on the courier or freight provider.

Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the provider may arrange redelivery, contact the customer or provide instructions for collection, where appropriate.

Additional delivery fees may apply where a failed delivery results from incorrect customer information or failure to comply with previously agreed delivery arrangements.

Swing Pro will assist with resolving delivery problems where reasonably possible.

10. Damaged Goods During Shipping

Swing Pro takes reasonable steps to ensure that products are appropriately packaged for transport.

We recommend inspecting deliveries when they arrive.

If you notice damaged packaging or products, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where available, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photographs of the damaged product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • A brief description of the damage.

Please retain the packaging where practical until the issue has been assessed.

Where Swing Pro has arranged delivery, we remain responsible for meeting our legal obligations relating to goods damaged during transport.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

A failure to report damage immediately does not automatically remove a customer's statutory rights.

11. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Swing Pro.

We will investigate the delivery status and, where applicable, contact the courier or freight provider.

Where Swing Pro has arranged delivery and goods are lost or not delivered, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

Customers may be entitled to remedies under New Zealand consumer law where delivery obligations have not been met.

12. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details supplied during checkout are accurate.

If you notice an error in your address or contact information, please notify us as soon as possible.

Where an order has already been dispatched, changes may not always be possible.

Reasonable additional costs caused by incorrect customer-supplied information may be charged where lawful and appropriately agreed.

Swing Pro is not responsible for errors caused solely by inaccurate customer information, except to the extent that responsibility arises under applicable law.

13. Collection by Arrangement

Collection from a Swing Pro location may be available for selected products by prior arrangement.

Collection is not guaranteed for every product or order.

Customers must receive confirmation of the collection location, date and arrangements before attending.

Some products may require special handling or suitable transport equipment.

Where a customer arranges their own collection or transport, responsibilities will be determined by the agreed arrangements and applicable law.

14. Installation and On-Site Services

Shipping and delivery of products are separate from installation services unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase of a product does not automatically include:

  • Professional installation.

  • Electrical work.

  • Construction or building work.

  • Site preparation.

  • Equipment configuration.

  • Product assembly.

Where installation is included, the relevant scope and arrangements will be confirmed in the project quotation or written agreement.

For custom golf simulator installations, delivery of equipment and materials may form part of a larger project schedule.

In these circumstances, the agreed project contract may establish additional delivery, storage and installation requirements.

15. Changes to Orders

Customers should contact Swing Pro as soon as possible if they need to change an order or delivery arrangement.

Changes requested after processing or dispatch may not always be possible.

Where a requested change results in additional reasonable transport, handling or preparation costs, those costs may be payable by the customer, subject to prior agreement and applicable law.

16. Consumer Rights

All shipping and delivery arrangements are subject to applicable New Zealand law.

Where Swing Pro arranges delivery to a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 provides protections concerning delivery within an agreed or reasonable timeframe.

Customers also have rights where goods arrive damaged or fail to meet applicable product guarantees.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory consumer right where doing so would be unlawful.
